• All payments are final. Once a service is ordered and initiated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• This includes—but is not limited to—fees paid for:

  • VPS server provisioning and hosting

  • Inventory storage

  • Item shelving and handling

  • Picking and packing

  • Shipping and logistics

• Service fees are not dependent on the success, profitability, or market performance of your products or business.

Once your server is provisioned or your items are received and processed in our fulfillment center, the services are considered delivered and non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Terms

• Requests must be made at least 7 business days prior to the next billing cycle or scheduled fulfillment task to avoid being charged.

• Any cancellation request made after services have been rendered or processed will not qualify for a refund.

3. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

• Any attempt to dispute charges or initiate chargebacks with your payment provider will be strongly contested with comprehensive documentation of the services delivered.

• We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate service for any account involved in fraudulent disputes or chargeback abuse.
